Resourcing

“Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have.” (Heb. 13:16)

God designed us to be incomplete, so that we would understand the beauty of interdependence. In the same way that individuals are to share their gifts with others, so can entire congregations help resource one another.

What could it look like, if we grew together?

  • Sharing Resources

Whether it’s physical equipment, educational material, or best practices, churches have so much to share with one another. Often, the real need is communication. And so Bridge Builders helps our partner churches learn of each other’s shortfalls and supplies. Being open handed with our resources not only fosters good stewardship, it also creates a collaborative community.

  • Pastoral Health

All church leaders face ministry challenges and personal struggles. When those challenges pile up, frustration, isolation, and discouragement often result, leading to burn-out or brokenness. Whether it’s providing a sympathetic ear, professional counseling, or a personal retreat, Bridge Builders can help. We also connect pastors to certified coaches, including those in our own network, who can come alongside leaders with encouragement, insight and support to help pastors and churches flourish.
